Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

In-stock orders ship within 2 business days, Monday thru Friday. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. All stock orders ship from our location in California. All orders will be shipped via FedEx.

Shipping Address Options

Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address for domestic orders. Either option may be selected during the checkout process.

Returns

At Dom Blu Hollywood we want you to love the products you purchase, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with an item you have ordered, please let us know and we will replace it. Please contact us at (559) 222-4258 or michael@dombluhollywood.com for information on sending us the item you wish to return or exchange. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, however, we will send you a replacement for no additional shipping charge. Before you return any items, please note these terms:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.
  • Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted.
  • All "Sale" items sales are final.

Price Adjustments

Items that have been marked down from their original purchase price may be eligible for a one-time price adjustment if we are notified within 14 days of the date of purchase. If you would like to obtain a price adjustment on an online purchase please contact us at (559) 222-4258 or michael@dombluhollywood.com. If you e-mail us, please include your order number for reference. If you contact us within the 14 day deadline we will refund you the difference in your original form of payment. Items that are purchased with a promotional discount are not eligible for price adjustments.

Order Mistakes

Despite our best efforts, occasionally we make a mistake (we’re human). If we’ve inadvertently sent you the wrong or damaged item, please notify us immediately and we will take care of return shipping and send you a replacement item at no additional charge.

Refunds

When we received the returned item we will credit the value of the returned item back as soon as we have completed processing your return, usually within 2 weeks.

Exchanges

When we receive your returned item we process your new exchange order immediately and ship it to you with no additional shipping charge.
